Fraudulent Calls

Recently, the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) received reports of fraudulent calls. These calls appear as “EOIR” and mimic the number, 703-305-1247. Callers pose as EOIR agents to request personal information.

Remember that the EOIR office will never call you to ask about your personal information.
