Temporary Protected Status announced for Haiti

Good news: On May 22, 2021, the Biden Administration announced that immigrants from Haiti will be able to apply for Temporary Protected Status (TPS) in the United States!
Immigrants from Haiti who have been in the United States since May 21, 2021 can now apply for TPS. The U.S. government has not shared details yet, but you can check the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) website here for the most up-to-date information about TPS for Haiti.
