Sample Work Permit Application Biometrics Appointment

This document is a biometrics, or fingerprinting, appointment notice for your work permit application. If you applied for work authorization with USCIS, you may receive this appointment notice. It lists the date, time, and location of your appointment.

If you cannot attend the scheduled appointment, you can call the USCIS Contact Center at 1-800-375-5283 before your original appointment date and let them know why you need to reschedule it.

If you are an ASAP member, you should not be required to go to another biometrics appointment if you have already done so for your asylum application. You can read more about work permits for ASAP members here and become an ASAP member here.
